Welcome to WebNexify. By accessing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing orders, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WebNexify provides social media marketing and digital promotion services, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with the policies, guidelines, and terms of the respective social media platforms. We do not guarantee permanent followers, likes, views, subscribers, engagement, reach, sales, revenue, or business growth, as results may vary due to platform algorithms, updates, account activity, and other external factors beyond our control. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, and delivery times are estimates only, which may vary depending on provider availability, system load, or platform changes.

Refill services are available only for services specifically marked as refill-enabled and must be requested within the applicable refill period. Wallet deposits are non-refundable, and refunds may only be considered when an order cannot be started or completed. Orders placed with incorrect usernames, invalid links, deleted content, private accounts, restricted content, or other user errors are not eligible for refunds. Completed or partially delivered orders are also not eligible for refunds.

WebNexify provides promotional services only and does not own, operate, or control any social media platform. We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, restrictions, shadow bans, content removals, reach reductions, demonetization, policy violations, or any actions taken by third-party platforms. Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using promotional services. Users should not place multiple orders for the same content simultaneously unless explicitly permitted, and WebNexify shall not be responsible for issues resulting from duplicate orders.

Any fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorized payment claims, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove, discontinue, or change any service, feature, pricing, or policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials, and WebNexify shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNexify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from the use of our services. All services are used at the user's own risk. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or terminate any order or account at our sole discretion if we believe it violates our policies, applicable laws, or may negatively impact our operations.
